They are honest and trust worthy. My car left their shop like new. They are awesome and did a great job. Will recommend to everyboby.

I called The Radiator Depot to get my radiator flushed and get a new thermostat. Cody quoted me around $500 after tax but suggested I get their $60 engine check before sinking the $500. He said if they found nothing, he’d waive the $60 (this is a common practice of theirs, by the way). That check up discovered that the repairs I was asking for would have not fixed my overheating problem but instead would have made it much worse. Cody’s excellent customer service turned a $500 “repair” into a $50 (because he knocked it down $10 just cuz ????????) check up fee. I am so grateful for people like this. They get paid by the hour instead of commission, which means their recommendations really are their professional opinion, not just a sales pitch to increase commission. Overall, they are very helpful and honest, and I highly recommend them.

We experienced car troubles while on a long road trip and came to The Radiator Depot. When we explained that we needed to get the issue fixed and back on the road as soon as possible, they took care of us. Although they were busy, they diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and got us back on the road in 90 minutes. I'm sure some other mechanics might try gouging us with an unreasonable bill since we were stuck, but The Radiator Depot did not. We very much appreciate their honesty and great work to help us out in our time of need. If we lived close by, I'd definitely go back and use them again when we need a good, honest mechanic. Highly recommend.
