I took my 2018 Ford Taurus with bad water pump to be diagnosed and repaired here. I expressed the importance and necessity of having my vehicle back in a timely fashion. In a 2018 Taurus, the whole front end of the car needs to be removed to get to the water pump, as it's behind the cam. This is 12 to 15 hours of work, easy. JFC had my car returned to me in just over 48 hours. They made sure to show me the defective water pump and exactly where the issue was. They insisted on showing me camera footage they obtained using a borescope to confirm their diagnosis prior to removing the defective part. That is above and beyond and just isn't typical for an engine repair shop, at least not without asking. I will return to JFC for any engine repair needs moving forward. Service: Engine repair
