After minor damage, I contacted my insurance and requested Caliber Collision. They contacted me immediately via text, got my information through chat, and uploaded the picture l made an appointment. When I went there front desk manager ( sorry, I forgot her name) was super lovely and helpful done all my paperwork. Jose, the service advisor, walk through the damages to my car. Explain everything estimate and when the estimated time for the repair is done. Everything was very smooth. Even during repair, they contacted me and updated me on the progress.
