Alex Mufflers have great customer service and great value. I called and they were polite. I showed up, and they did a great job. They know what they are doing, and their rates are way better than other places.
BE CAREFUL!!!!! I don't normally complain about business but this is an exception. My car was taken to this shop for an exhaust issue I had and the work that was done was so poorly done I was forced to take it to another muffler shop to fix the work they had done. The welding, folds, ect was mediocrely done it seemed like they were just learning with my car. Very poor customer service as well. And still demanded to get paid!! IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF THEN AVOID THIS SHOP! LASTLY THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS BUT WAS FORCED TO CLICK IN ONE Service: Exhaust
