I've been coming here for years and it's great to see that all the same technicians and front office people are still here. Bruce, Adrian and Daniel are great at delivering excellent customer service. I was told they had new ownership but only noticeable different was a big renovation to the lobby which makes it look HUGE and much more modern. ANYWAYS, my brakes were scratching so I brought it in for a courtesy inspection, sure enough the pads were low. Rotors were good which was great news. Less then 2 hours and barely $150 and I back on the road safely. They didn't try to upsell me on any random services (like most shops will) which is always refreshing. Huge thanks for the entire Lakewood Team, this is the only location I'll bring my families vehicles too because I have come to trust these fine people very much.

I've come here several times over the years to bring my cars in for flat tire repair. These guys do a great job with patching tires quickly. About an hour every time which makes it convenient. Clean shop, large waiting area with TV and professional service.

For years I have come here, and will continue to only come here because the customer service is on point. They will squeeze you in if they can, depends on what time of the day you come in, or like the DMV it's just better to make an appointment. They have great prices and a protection plan and everyone there always looks happy and very polite, the positive attitudes of the workers and management is what keeps me coming back ~ Roseanne
