They provided me with an honest assessment of my repair needs and provided courteous professional service to repair my Toyota Highlander. Cindy made sure I had everything I needed including a ride home and back to the shop. I've already recommended this shop to my friends. Went there because my car was having a burning smell and some noises. This place had great reviews so I brought it here as it was closer than the place I normally go to because I didn’t want to drive my car the extra 10 minutes just in case. When I get there, they were very nice and professional, but come to find out that they charge for the diagnostic and do not take it out of the repair cost. I have never run into a shop that did this, I thought it was industry standard to take the diagnostic out of the repair.
