Professional and excellent customer service! My vehicle was rear ended and I was expecting the whole insurance claim & repair process to be a nightmare but it was seamless and painless. My insurance set up the appointment at Fabricante, I met with Fred, he examined & took pictures of my vehicle. Parts came in, dropped off my vehicle and I was kept informed of the repair process and estimated completion date. This is the second time, I am using Fabricante Auto Body. They are local to me and Authorized Repair shop. First Experience with the Bodyshop I worked with Steven. He is an experienced, knowledgeable and truly caring person. Second time in I worked with Alex who updated me on daily repair progress and promptly replied to my text and emails.
