On August 3rd, my vehicle was rear ended and after battling with my insurance, due to the responsible party not being insured, my claim was approved and we begin the repair process. I tried a few times to get ahold of the shop that repaired my vehicle in the past, Inland Empire Autobody and Paint, but unfortunately the manager I knew wasn't in and ultimately I decided to find a shop that was local. State Farm told me of two options, and I chose Fix Auto. On August 8th, I dropped off the vehicle and expressed my concern with the damage and they gave me an estimated repair window of two to three weeks. On August 18th, I picked up the vehicle and was impressed with the color matching fairly decently. That satisfaction was short lived, as I soon came to realize the bumper was not an OEM part and was fairly cheap in quality. The bumper they used was far from OEM, and oddly enough, in hot weather both sides bulged out and created a gap. Of course when the temperature dropped, the passenger s
