I went in with my dad looking to replace tires on his truck. We were met with friendly staff who gave us an estimate on the tires we wanted and the service we needed. Yes, it took about 2.5 hours but that is always a given anywhere you go. The estimate was accurate and the service was exceptional. Services: Tires, Wheel alignment
I’ve been using firestone for over 40 years and appreciate their workmanship and professionalism . Have there been problems? Of course, but, they were corrected immediately and to my satisfaction. I’ve tried other places in the past (when it was unavoidable) and always go back to firestone. Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change
They were super helpful after a blow out on the freeway. My tow truck got there 20 minutes before close, and they kindly and diligently fixed my tire, and adjusted the pressure on the others as well.
