Caliber Collision

My experience was outstanding. I had been referred by my attorney to Caliber Collision. When i arrived, Melissa greeted me. There was issues that my case was not sent over by the attorney or covering insurance, basically leaving me with no rental car and my car not being fixed. I was unable to reach my attorney to help with this situation. Melissa was AMAZING! She handled my disposition with grace, contacted the other insurance company and the rental agency. She fud everything to make me feel safe and secure with my problem. HUGE shout out to Melissa (you rock girl!) and the team for handling my issue. Can't say enough about this place. 10 stars!

Had the (unfortunate ) privilege of having a vehicle serviced here twice in less than six months for two separate incidents. The effort, professionalism, and quality of work is incomparable. The repairs were perfect and timely. Communication was frequent and informative throughout the process. We appreciate the quality of work done on our vehicle (including the nice cleaning inside and out upon return). Even more appreciated was the service provided by Steven W! Thank You!
