I just received the best service from Alex!! I had an appointment but went in earlier because I had a plane to catch. Alex said he could start on my car asap and replaced both tires, fixed two valves that almost tore off my Tesla. He was so nice, accommodating and super efficient. He had to look up my valves because it was a Tesla and only had to replace a part of the valves. I would highly recommend Alex and this Pep Boys!
Wonderful and professional team! Thorough with their work. I felt very comfortable and they let me know with explanation the process on what was happening with my car. Very pleased with their work! Alex, Bruce, May & my car tech was very helpful.
May was very knowledgeable and very helpful during my time here. She helped me get my car in after 5 (they close at 7 on weekdays) I did have to wait a little bit after 7 but there was another car in front of me. Prices weren't bad either. If I have any more issues, I will definitely be coming back
