Great people and great educational service. They want the customer educated on the service they are providing. Success. The customer service is top notch. With the busy schedule they have , I was still in and out at a reasonable time frame. Will be back whenever I have issues in the future.
Took my Chrysler Pacifica in for service from a CarMax Maxcare referral. Shop owner called to confirm and review the work that was requested the day before. The service techs initially were unable to replicate my issue so asked if I could come in and show them what I see/hear. After replicating the issue the shop owner informed me that they would complete the work and assured me that they would be upfront and honest regarding pricing and any anticipated work. Work was completed the next day and CarMax coverred the cost for labor. Shop owner is honest and upfront. Will return for more work going forward. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, A/C installation & repair
