My son recommended Integrity Automotive to me, so when I had an issue with my car not starting, I had it towed here. I initially spoke to Suzie on the phone, and she was helpful and professional. When my car arrived here, I met with Joe, and he explained in detail, what might be wrong, and how he would go about diagnosing the problem. I really appreciated that. Thanks to Joe's familiarity with the cause of the issue, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I won't be taking my car anywhere but here, from now on. Thanks again, Joe and Suzie!
I can't give it any higher then 3 stars for I have not had any services done at the shop. They helped me understand that my tire air pressure sensors that a tire place put on could not be calibrated to my car. But freindly and nice people.
The service is always good. The people are very nice. They provide clear information on what is wrong with the vehicle. I have used Integrity Auto for many years and I completely trust their work.
