Great customer service. Im a DIY type of guy and rarely take my C230 kompressor Sport to anyone. I was performing my own strut replacement and couldnt compress my springs with my clamshell spring compressor tool. I took my struts to 3 different shops who couldnt get the strut closed, stating that there ways no way that it would fit and I had the wrong strut. Finally ending up at Jose shop (owner and mechanic of German Auto in La Habra) he was able to compress the spring in 25 minutes. Jose has great customer service skills even offering free tech advise of some issues that I've been trying to troubleshoot on my own (Who does That!). The price for closing my spring was only $40, great Price! With service like this he has gained my trust and i will defiantly be taking my car to him to resolve my rough idle issue.
Jose is so nice, thorough, charges reasonably, and fast whenever possible.
I was having trouble removing a wheel lug bolts on my car and the gentleman were kind enough to help me out. I would highly recommend this auto shop anytime.
