Came previously and advised Gustavo Martinez I have a Groupon. He advised the Groupon was good for the oil change but asked Me to come back around 7 or 8 am. I drove again over 30 minutes for Him to tell Me it would cost an additional $40 + with the Groupon. Claiming He didn't know the kind of car I was driving yet He was talking to Me while I was in My car. Which is a 2016 VW Jetta and the Groupons states it covers it. I looked for one which specifies full synthetic Service: Oil change
Never knew that a synthetic oil change would require me leaving my car there all day. So much for groupon
Terrible experience I was told I couldn’t redeem my groupon voucher and then the manager said well it cost more than $35 to do a tire rotation and and oil change, I charge 175 for that. So I asked then why do you have your company on Groupon offering this offer he said it’s for most cars not yours I have a freaking KIA FORTE you’ve got to be kidding me. Don’t give these people your business I’m sure they do chopped work their. DONT GO HERE
