Not enough stars to rate this shop, they get 5 shooting ????'s in my book. My UCI student child activated the 'Dad Calvary' due to what was described as vehicle ending drama. Made the trek to OC and identified a common coolant leak quick. Made a few calls and Sam at Star Auto was able to fit me in within 15 minutes of the call, talk about razzle dazzle folks (I caught them at the right time so YMMV). Sam and his manager partner were very friendly, communicative and personable - old school customer relations FTW. The shop techs were busy working on a wide range of vehicles, from a current AMG to my kid's classic Corolla. Star completed the repair for what I figure a recommend 'mobile mechanic' would have charged just for their required diagnosis, time and materials. The folks at Star are down to earth, honest and reliable. When the timing belt is due or an issue arises I will skip the trip and call them. The repeat business is well earned. ???? Thank you!

I brought my vehicle in last week after my car had begun to make a funny noise. They were super helpful over the phone and in person when I brought my car in. All the guys were very communicative throughout the process which I highly appreciated and were genuine in wanting to help out and providing info! I called this morning to get a qoute for brakes and rotors. Rob answered the phone and let me know that they offer a free inspection. I took my car in and I found that their prices were fair for brakes and rotor replacement. Rob and Sam also dropped me off and picked me up when my car was done. Great customer service and care!
