The staff at Fix Auto Irvine are awesome. Checking in was easy, and their connection with Enterprise Rent-A-Car makes for a seamless process. They did a perfect job repairing our car, completed the work in less time than estimated, and when I picked it up it was washed and ready to go. Wasted an hour of our time and made us fill out paperwork just to tell us they could not do the job because our car had some previous work done before. We ended up finding another shop to do the work at a fraction of the cost and also walked us through the whole review process in just 10 minutes. Unless you have a relatively new car with no previous work done, I would not recommend them.
