As a BMW owner, I can only wish I found Euro Car Doctor sooner! Hands down, they deserve way more than 5 stars. The entire crew at Euro Car Doctor are so incredibly kind to me, wonderful people. In fact, for the first time in all my years of owning my BMW, I can finally feel so at ease my car is finally in the hands of true professionals who genuinely care. Ask for Kevin, he is not only extremely professional and super friendly, but extremely accommodating, he will go the extra mile and then some in making sure your vehicle is well taken care of and has always given me peace of mind which is so huge for me. I had my Range Rover serviced at Euro Car Doctor, and I cannot recommend them enough for your car service needs! My entire experience was exceptional, with a team of professional, competent, and friendly staff that deserves all the praise - kudos to you all! The teamwork, respect, kindness, honesty, and communication among the staff were truly impressive. They have earned my trust, and I will definitely be coming back again and again. Caveat emptor! Buyer beware! I went to this place last year to get my brakes done and have a light bulb from the front of my car replaced. After I picked up my car and already two weeks into it, the brakes were still squeaking. It looks like the discs were not installed correctly. I was charged for troubleshooting of the light bulb assembly as the bulb was burnt. I knew that from the previous place I had taken my car to, and told the manager. I was still charged for troubleshooting. After that though, not only the new bulb would not work but the other side of the lights would not work! I spoke to the manager who brought the mechanic to me and they both told me that I needed to pay for at least 2 more hours of troubleshooting, but it could take even more time. I asked the owner of the shop if I could get that looked upon, since the light on the other side was working before. He said that I needed to pay for troubleshooting at $150 per hour since it's electrical work and it could take aw
