We were traveling and Ron and Juan were the sweetest most helpful people ever!! We are eternally grateful for their superior and outstanding help. Bilingual and super sweet. I want to recommend this auto shop to everyone visiting or locals! They are beyond deserving of all the customers, thank you guys for being so helpful on such short notice. HONEST, ETHICAL with SKILLED technicians. This sums up this shop in a nutshell. RON and his crew are 5 STAR all the way! A friend recommended Ron/Unique who also has had outstanding experiences over the years. They know their stuff and their prices are fair. Unique is my new "GO TO" shop for auto repairs now. Ron did not try to "upsell" me as other shops tried. He earned my trust 100%. He'll tell you the truth(I double checked and he was 100% honest and correct in his assessment of the issue). My front headlight was out on my Audi A4. I just got off work at 9am and tried to fix it myself but lost a plug. It was trapped under my air filter and i could not get to it. I took it to one shop close to my house, and the owner didn't want to help me. I then drove to Unique Auto Shop and Ron took great care of me. He gave me a price quote, dropped me off at my house and fixed my car the same day. I left my car at 10 am and it was ready by 1pm. He even arranged for someone to pick me back up to get my car. When i came so the shop, Jose rang me up and showed me what work was done on the car. He encouraged me to call or come back if i had questions or needed more assistance. Great place. I will be back for help whenever needed!
