Nick runs a great shop and the crew is very helpful. Nick helped me out in a really bad spot. He was honest and went above and beyond to help me and my family out. He THEN assisted with some complex repairs that involved working with a car manufacturer and a related recall. Amazing quality of service, communication and over the top follow through. Nick cares. This wouldn't have turned out good without Nick. Amazing experience. Thanks!
Our car started chugging while we were driving around Joshua Tree. We called Top Desert, they were so nice. Had us come right in, they ran diagnostics to be sure about the problem. Nick and Alan worked the problem but weren't able to get the part till the next day. We had no transportation, so Nathan was so kind and drove us back to our campsite. They got it done the next day.
