This place is very nice and accommodating. I brought my car in first this morning to check for a rattling sound I had. They were super busy and backed up. So I left it there, and I didn't get my car back until almost closing, but they had fixed the problem, which was not a big deal. That made me so happy. Ritchie wouldn't even let me pay the fee for the diagnostic. He said he really appreciated my patience, and the fix was no big deal. I'm telling you, if you need a good place for service, give them a try!!

The best experience I’ve had at a Firestone in a long time. Came in with a nail in my tire that couldn’t be patched. Richie and his team quickly got my car taken care of with a new tire. Because we were driving to San Diego on a road trip, we had my dog and he offered to allow her to come inside while we waited.
