Encore automotive did an excellent job with my vehicle, they acquired the parts needed and had it installed in a super timely manner and even guaranteed the work. What more could I want, I would highly recommend them to service anything on my vehicle anytime.
Took My car to the Toyota Dealer and they found a lot of things wrong with my car, called Encore got a Quote and not only did they beat the quote the customer Service was Way better! They even offered me a shuttle ride home and back to pick up my car when it was done ! Can’t believe I’ve been going to the dealer for so many Years thinking they are the best option, Encore Automotive got mine and my families Business from now on…. THANK YOU !
I had an emergency safety issue with my Camry while traveling across the country. They got me in and out on the same day and gave me thorough information about other less pertinent concerns they had about my car. I had no issues getting home and they even followed up with me a couple days later to see how my car was doing. I'm very grateful for Encore ????
