Hugo is awesome. Very knowledgeable. Great prices. Entire staff well trained. Prompt service, excellent phone skills, customer service is above and beyond expectations.
Poor ethics ! Asked us to call him for accommodations 3 x in one week mon/wed/fri and he either had us chasing our tail or wouldn’t answer phone . My son called him as last resort on 6-8-21. STILL playing games . Too busy , no space , we get it , understood . But he’s also lacking in communication skills and treats people as though they’re asking for freebies. News for this dud ! He’s NOT the only mechanic in town, and I’m sure there’s better ! WE WOULDN’T recommend him for your pet euthanasia. !
Hugo is one of the most honest mechanics here in the Coachella Valley. Great Place & Great Price! Always so friendly and helpful!
