Firestone Complete Auto Care

I bought new tires there with full service. Everything is good, except one thing. Can you see these two weights opposite each other? So, the worker can read numbers on the balancing machine perfectly, but he doesn't know what it means, unfortunately. And I'm disappointed to see weights on brackets instead of weights on two sides of tape inside the rim. Of course, that car is old, and probably it is not a big problem, but why? Would I visit it again? I'm not sure.

I had made an appointment for new tires and specified the make and model of my car. They assured me that they had the tires and could do the job. I got my appointment really early but spent the entire day there because they had to order my tires from a different shop. They were not prepared for my appointment. Then the guy told me that there will be some noise when I drive because of the new tires. I wasn't sure what he was talking about, but the noise was loud. Turns out the bearings were the problem. I took my car to another mechanic and had it fixed. I would not recommend it here. Service: Tires

I received excellent service and was given great deals for my cars most recent needs. The receptionist was extremely helpful in helping me to understand exactly what was going on with my car. I felt that I was truly in good hands.
