I received excellent service and was given great deals for my cars most recent needs. The receptionist was extremely helpful in helping me to understand exactly what was going on with my car. I felt that I was truly in good hands.

They took 5 hours to replace all four tires and they did the minimum of work all the service they claimed they did was wheel balancing, tire air-pressure. It’s common sense that even an inexperience “Mechanic” could replace all tire within 30 min. They dirtied my steering wheel, messed up my visors with their greasy hands. I do understand they do dirty work but customer service is bad. Oscar even laughed at face when I asked for my previous tires back he was very rude. To top it all off they didn’t even had the curtesy to do a check if my brakes are safe to keep using, or if my suspension is safe. If anything happens while I’m driving I will be suing Firestone. Because they really messed up my alignment my steering wheel is now slanted.and one of the tires is still low on pressure Service: Tires
