First time customer, I'm very pleased with the service I received. I found them on yelp, messaged thru yelp as well. Very prompt response time. I actually dropped my car off an hour early with no problems. Had an alignment done and they did an overall inspection. What I really liked wax I felt no pressure to have any other work done except for what I originally came in for. I will definitely be taking my car back to these guys again.

I had a few auto repairs that were recommended to me by the dealership. I wanted to get a second opinion so I took my car to Automotive Excellence. They responded to my inquiry within an hour and squeezed me in for an appointment the following day. They did a full inspection of my car and recommended a few repairs. They gave me a very fair quote, completed the service very quickly, and kept me in the loop about the status of my car throughout the whole process. I had a great experience at Automotive Excellence! I usually go to a different mechanic, but I’m glad my friend referred me here for an oil change.
