Took my suv for a hit repair on the passenger side, I notice the door lock wasn’t working before I took it home they fixed it right there in minutes before taking it home. Two or so months later it’s stoped working again. My husband called to make and appointment took time out of school to take it and they right away said they needed to order the part didn’t write anything down just send me home saying they would call me month went by and nothing . I made another appointment this time they wrote my info down but two months later no call or getting my door looked fixed they Like to waist time and don’t do anything about it. so unprofessional never going again to that place. I was serviced at the Highland location for my bumper because I was rear ended. Everyone in the office is so nice and welcoming. They make you feel like family! Highly recommend! Special thank you to Fernando and Vivian for everything you guys did to get my van back to me so quickly!

Do not take your vehicle here. They are nice people but they break more stuff than they fix. I took my truck in for cosmetic damage last year and they kept it for almost 4 months. They damaged multiple internal parts on my truck some of which were not replaced. They did not place the radiator cap back on my truck causing my truck to overheat while on a highway with my toddler in the back seat. It took me almost a year to get my rearview mirror replaced after they broke it. I have multiple issues with my truck still and have reached out to them multiple times. I dropped my truck off in August of 2022 and have not heard anything from them since June of 2023. I have steered multiple people away from here since my business with them. I had a nice long explanation detailing everything, but it was too long to post on here.
