I began coming here early last year, dealing with the crew, welcoming from beginning to end. Quick with answers and solutions for my issues I was having with 2 different cars. Even the technician was wanting to review everything with me so I had peace of mind. I've been back and referred several people here and never an issue. From a simple oil change to an engine replacement under my CARMAX warranty. They had some staff change around and seem to be even better than before. Them being an independent shop I was worried about cost and warranty - on some of the parts they seemed more than usual, but it was explained that that enables me to have a warranty on the part and labor if I was ever to have an issue, that included a network throughout their NAPA Car Care centers across the country....I trust them with every vehicle I bring in! Nice guys with a big smile and a huge rip off. Look up your part prices before you purchase here. They over charged me $1000 and refused to help me resolve the issue when I called. Go elsewhere to save your time and money.

It is challenging at times to find a shop that knows how to align cars well for the general public. It is even harder to find an alignment shop that works with the customer to help them remedy their awkward car movements on the road when their car should be driving straight or should have a center steering wheel and not one that veers to the left or the right. Even though a shop might say that they know what they are doing, customer service/ treatment is a huge key with pure honesty. Simon and David hit it right on the money for me when I went over there. They welcomed me without hesitation and even offered to help out with food and drink if I was hungry and/ or thirsty. I explained to them what the car was doing and what I wanted it to do, with specific settings to make the car go straight with the steering wheel aligned center.
