Doug's Auto Body

I never leave reviews but this is something people need to be aware of when choosing a body shop. I chose Doug's to paint fender flares for my vehicle. I was quoted a great price over the phone and proceeded to bring them to Doug's. I was told on arrival that the price would need to be increased due to their size and I agreed. I was called over two weeks later now with another price increase, more than tripling the original quote over the phone stating the factory paint code was special. After having such a terrible experience with a local business I just wanted to have my fender flares back. I was told I would have to pay 100 dollars because they started to prep the flares. On arrival the only thing done to the flares was a light sand, no primer, no adhesion promoter. I would not recommend using a business with practices like this, take your hard earned money elsewhere.

The owner, Luis, was wonderfully kind and helpful. His team did great job on my car for what was the best price, by far, of anyone around. Jessica at the front desk was kind, helpful, and communicative all the way through. Service: Painting
