Jim at the Car Clinic is a fabulous mechanic and an honest person. He diagnosed my car problems in a timely manner and went over all my options for repairs. He was clear about cost versus return ratio about the money involved. I highly recommend the Car Clinic to everyone!

I never trust mechanics and I always do all the work myself when it comes to my personal vehicles. With that being said, car clinic is a phenomenal place for those of you who are looking for a good honest mechanic! There are some things that I don't mess with when it comes to vehicles mostly electrical if is too difficult, My Ignition key got stuck in my Van and I took it to car clinic. They were honest and told me after they ran a scan that there was a recall for that item and that I could get it fixed for free At the dealership. Honestly they didn't have to do that, they could just fix it and got paid But I do plan to take my Van back for another item that I couldn't fix myself I think they deserve it and I trust them. In the past they also worked on another vehicle of mine that I was going to go to Chicago with, When I told him I was going pretty much across country they did some extra looking around and notice something that I needed to get replaced for that long drive and they w

I got my jeep back about 3 weeks ago. I wanted to give it time before I left a review as to ensure no issues would arise. I will say that I have no knowledge of vehicle repairs or anything. Hell, you tell me to put blinker fluid in it I would! Jim was so amazing at communicating the issues going on with my vehicle and helped me understand my warranty issues. I talked with Jim very often to the point where I was more than annoying and each time he was respectful and patient and really took the time to explain things in detail. He would dumb it down for me to gain a better understanding. I can say that this place was amazing when working with me and honestly made me feel like I was family the way they took their time and provided exceptional customer care. I will never go to any other place! Highly recommend! I also want to say after 3 weeks my jeep has not given me any issues and I feel confident in their work.
