If I could give 10 stars I would !!! After dealing with several different mechanics here in the high desert, being taken advantage of & gouged with overpricing I was sceptical that I would ever find an honest mechanic. One of my family members referred me to Big Rob's and let me tell you I will never take my car to another mechanic again , Not only is the customer service awesome Big Rob is so honest and his prices are very reasonable he makes you feel like family !!! He kept me informed every step of the way until my car was ready for pickup. Thank Big Rob you have a customer for life ????

Got referred to Big Rob's by a friend. I've always taken my car to a dealership for service (I know, not a great idea, but it is what it is). Anyway, when I moved up here from down the hill the Honda dealership totally dropped the ball for me on what services I needed and as a result my front brakes were grinding badly. Big Rob's was able to fit me in next day and save one of my rotors. Also, his price was about half of what I would have paid at the dealership. I will never go back there. If you need someone friendly, reliable and reasonably priced go to Big Rob's. You will not be disappointed. Service: Brakes
