Hands down the best experience I've had getting my car serviced / repaired. Alex and the entire staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. My Lexus GX460 is less than a year old but I had an issue with the aftermarket suspension that was causing a disconcerting rattle (wish I had used Lexology in the first place). Gave them a call and within 24 hours the issue was fixed with a clear explanation of the problem and solution. No monkey business at all. I would much rather service my car with them than the dealership or another mechanic where you're often going in blind and leaving with a hole in your pocket. Lexology was recommended to me by my smog check guy because he heard me lamenting how unbearable the cost for maintaining my car had become because I usually take it to the dealer for any kind of service big or small. . I decided to give Lexology a try and I was glad I did. Being my first time with them, they created that first-time impression that would make me to take my car back to them again for service. By far the best experience I have had at a car mechanic. The people who work at Lexology are so nice, they tell you what you need done. Give you advice for anything that might come up in the future and keep you constantly updated. Such a pleasant experience
