Very bad bad store . The worst car repair store . They don’t take any responsibility for repairing the car . They even yelled at customers, and attitude is very bad . Unhappy & horrible experience been there . They even charged very high price there , pep boys attitude & profession are way better than this store . Highly NOT recommend customer go there.
I've been coming here since 2013 he worked on my 2003 Altima head gasket, replace catalyst converter, fuel pump, and a rear suspension arm, my daughter went to PEP boys and was quoted $900+ for leaks from power steering rack and pinion pan gasket valve cover gasket, I told her I'll take it to Jack it was just the pan gasket $177, he done brakes and a transmission on my daughter's car I've always get good service at a good price
A group of nice and professional Auto mechanic. 4 cars of my family were Maintained by them for 14 years.They can speak English.Mandarin, Cantonese.
