I was sent to this place by my insurance and let me tell you the worst experience I have ever had. I never received updates on my car and every time I called to get an update the person in charge was never in and I was told I would get a call back. They had my car over a month and just for an estimate and fender fix. Wow I can’t believe it. Never again I will let the insurance pick outside shop especially this one. Seems like they don’t know what they are doing and just bad customer service. They also wanted to fix something I already fixed before I took it to them. Trying to milk my insurance. So frustrating

Absolutely never go to this place. It is a nightmare working with them. I got in an accident on Christmas, and it took them over a month to mark the car as totaled. On top of that, they added ridiculous charges with super high prices to the bill that had to be worked out with my insurance (this took days). They said it would take days for them to issue the refund for the original check for repairs to my insurance, when they should be able to do so right away (especially since they claim they could tell the car was totaled right away when they first looked at it). They never answer the phone and will not call you back. Take your car somewhere else.

Insurance took so long to approve parts on my vehicle. Precision did a really good job I’m so happy with the results. Customer service was great I would definitely go back again. 100% recommended.
