Wow, rude guy. Sign is a lie they tell. No mechanic on duty 24/7. Don't call, just show up and try to catch them open, if you are at the closing bell, I'd say after 4pm, they will try to close and then charge you an extra $500 for road service, even though the guy is right inside the building and you are right outside of the building. So no 24 hour mechanic and roadside only service begins whenever you get here ????

This place is the worse place that I had ever tried to get customer services. I called them 3 times to get some parts info. The first time that I called, one of the customer services person stated " I have a customer who I am helping but give me about 20 and look for the part and I will call you; however, if I do not call you call me to remind me." I let past about 35 minutes and did not receive any call which made me call them back. As soon as I identify myself of the person that had call before, customer services responded, " I will call back as soon as I have a minute." wait for an hour and half called the shop again for the third time, customer services answered, I told him that it was the third time calling for some information for a part that I need it, he responded, " I am busy and put me on hold never come back to the phone. This place does not deserve not even one start. They are rude, and appear that they do not care offering good customer services. Please go some on

I went there for a repair The owner won't let my truck inside the shop and asked his mechanic to repair in the open during rain. The mechanic didn't speak English. He would have me talk to a senior mechanic on the phone and explain what's wrong. Then they would talk and the young mechanic would just circle my engine. Later he put on a garbage bag as raincoat and decided to get under my truck with tools He tried to open the tool box. It was locked He didn't have the keys. It was with the senior mechanic. I waited for 2 hours. No repairs done yet. Then they said it will take longer because keys of tool box are with senior mechanic, who is asleep at home. I asked if I can use the restroom and was told , go to the Garlic Farm Truck stop. Absolute waste of time.
