They repaired my car after an accident. Not only did a great job (which I would expect), but they have amazing customer service and personal care. They kept me informed and everyone was really nice. They also drove me to the rental car place and I was able to leave my rental car with them when I picked up my car. It made the whole experience as easy and a pleasant as possible. The people are all so nice and transparent as to what is happening, where, how, etc. They also helped me by keeping in touch with my insurance company (as needed) making the entire process pretty easy.

Good evening, I had work done for two different claims. And when I received my car, my dashboard was lit up with lights warning me that something was wrong. I gave it back to them for them to fix it and they said it was not their problem. It’s been over two months, I’ve had no car, my rental could not cover my days anymore, and I am transportation-less . I’ve had to resort to taking public transportation and rides from friends and family. Plus I’ve contacted the manager many times and all they can tell me is that there’s a problem and they are seeing what they can do. I’ve had work done with this company but never to the extent where I’ve been left clueless and carless to the point where I don’t even know if my car is being fixed or not. This whole experience has been nothing but a disaster. 1/10 never will take my car there again to conduct business.
