On January 10, 2024, I brought my vehicle to Gardena Honda for rim and tire change which caused my tire pressure indicator to stay on. After the change, my indicator came off and has stayed off. Anayanci (customer service rep) was awesome. She was helpful, patient, and kind. She represents Honda in a positive and professional manner. The customer service she provides makes you feel like you matter. Great job Anayanci and thank you Gardena Honda for getting my vehicle taken care of.
Update: I was contacted by Elizabeth the other day regarding our recent experience. I do appreciate the quick response regarding the issues listed below. We will give them another chance as we have always had a good experience before this incident. I really hope they speak/train the service advisor my husband had to deal with that day to make other customers feel welcomed and look out for their interest. We as customers already pay a lot in services and labor fees and a little bit goes a long way. We should feel valued as customers and not a simple business transaction. We look forward to our verbal agreement Elizabeth for next time's services. If we could score a 0 we would. Honestly we’ve been coming to Gardena Honda since purchasing our vehicle in 2020. Usually helped out by Marvin (always helpful), but unfortunately he was not available the date my husband took the car in for service. I received a recall notice concerning a POSSIBLE safety problem with my Honda Accord LX (purchased in September of 2023). I was able to schedule a service visit the next day (after receiving the notice). The estimate provided at the time was that it would take 30 minutes, but that it MIGHT take longer. It ended up taking roughly an hour and a half -- but I was warned how long it was going to take shortly after I arrived. My car was taken in promptly at the scheduled time, and once the proper tools were found to properly test the seat belt restraining system, the actual check and verification took only 30 minutes. As it turned out, MY vehicle had been properly built, and Honda was just being REALLY CAREFUL about a POSSIBLE safety issue. I was treated courteously and the work was done as quickly as was practically possible. I am quite satisfied with Honda's service center in Gardena.
