Very poor service, I took my car to fix problem they charged me $250 and still I have same issue . Service: General repairs & maintenance

This Auto mechanic shop took care of me complimentary without a fee! They diagnosed my vehicle and showed me I had a radiator leak. Very difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic, but this shop has been great! Will be back!

I had this place replace an alternator. 3 weeks later the belt start screeching. I went in on a Friday and they told me to comeback on Wednesday to get it diagnosed. I live an hr away coming on a weekday isnt easy. I came back Wednesday. tech said there wasn't a noise so there was nothing to fix. if it had been bad he should/would have said so then. I'm hoping it was some oil on the belt and not a seized pulley causing the noise. Im mechanically inclined, so I put some soap on and guessing it was oil on the belt. Idk nobody wanted to diagnose it. Before the alternator repair he said diagnosis was free, after the repair there wasn't time for a diagnosis. I was quoted serpentine belt would be $130 or $80 if i bring him a belt, which is high. The belt on a 2nd gen rx350 is really self maintenence and ppl have removed it during a free diagnosis before. I'm hoping it isn't a pulley. Idk nobody wanted to diagnose it.
