I have chosen Mr Lee ever since knowing he is honest, he has so much experience, his work is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and his prices are right for the excellent service that he provides. THE WORSE, MOST UNRESPONSIVE AUTO REPAIR SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I called them on Friday and was told to make an appointment which I did with the lady receptionist for Monday. It was for the brakes on my daughter's car who is in college and I am 450 miles away. I called five times from 7:55 a.m. to 8:10 a.m. until some random guy picked up the phone. I tried to explain to him about making the appointment as requested and why my daughter was dropping off her car and he didn't ask for my name or didn't have any follow up questions about the car: (RED FLAG #1). My daughter arrived at 8:00 a.m. for her appointment and dropped off her car. By 1:00 p.m. she called me saying that she had not received an update. I called and Mr. Lee answered the phone and when I asked him about my daughter's car he said nobody told him about it so he hadn't done anything about it: (You mean to tell me that your shop is so disorganized that you have a car sitting there for 5 hours and you don't even qu
