Ive been with them when it was McCoy mills Ford, been with them since 2012. Collision center are hard working people even management. They do NOT LIE nor betray the trust of a customer. Now its kaizen collision center, same employees, same trust same everything. I have trusted and remain full trust with them. I've had a few accidents not my fault and they been there. They always ask how you're doing and if you need anything. I make them laugh even when it's not funny at times. Trust Kaizen Collision Center with every breath you take. If there's anything wrong just talk to them and they'll fix it. There will never be another them. Most places lie and over sell, they will tell you how it is. They make me cry happy tears, just because I am so proud of them. Trust all of them. There are no words to describe how amazing they are. Do not get discouraged if it takes longer if they had to keep your car longer. Could be for any reason. Be patient. It will get done. I'd rather wait longer
