Ralph took great care of me when my car's engine started misfiring on me. He was able to completely diagnose my car and described in great detail the issues that I was having and what he would need to do to fix it. He also showed me photos so that I could see exactly what he was talking about. Ralph is an extremely honest mechanic and charges a very reasonable price. He runs a great shop and goes over and beyond to ensure his customers leave happy. Very hard to find somebody who run's a shop as well as he does.
