Made an appointment for 11AM, took 4.5 hours for an oil change and rotation. Was told it would be around 2 hours. Was told they were understaffed and there was nothing they could do as Monro pays so little that technicians don't even apply to work there. I've been a customer of Allen Tire taking my vehicles there regularly since 2018. I understand a two hour wait, but four and a half hours, and after making an appointment? At that point it's no longer a convenient service. I would rather do the work myself and it would probably take less time.
excellent customer service . worked with us through out the whole process & keep us updated. very reasonable prices and even has financing options !
