I made an appointment at 5pm for oil change. Was worried a little that maybe they won’t service me since they close at 6pm, but a gentleman told me over the phone to come in. Upon arrival at their door at 5:10pm they said they were closed. I told them that I have an appointment and the guy said no appointments were booked as he was showing his monitor, but I immediately spotted my name as shown. Lol he said, “but we are closed “. Why they told me to come in the first place if they won’t have enough time? I wasted my time rushing when I get off work.

Had an oil change and tire rotation with a comprehensive vehicle inspection. Took about an hour and a half to get it all done. Will definitely be coming back here for future maintenance.

1/16/23 Monday very good location in downtown Fremont near Hub. I always bring my cars here for repairs or maintenance. Spacious waiting area. Friendly staff. Always go by appointment even though appointment still long wait. They have staff shortage....... Hope owner look into this problem!!!!!! Hope they maintain quality n service affordable for all customers. They use to have a free water bottle for customers but no more after pandemic.
