My Hybrid had an error that said "check hybrid system. Turn off engine." The mobile mechanic gave me an honest assessment and taught me how to assess the issue end to end. We both agreed it was likely just an electrical glitch and not a serious problem like my water pumps not working or a dead hybrid battery. The Mobile Mech went ahead and added some coolant fluid since ours was getting slightly low. I paid him what I thought was fair and though we didn't have to get serious work done I would encourage people to pay the man for his knowledge and honesty. People like this deserve gratitude ????

I called Mobile Mechanic for the first time since I was pretty sure my starter had gone. They gave me an appointment the same day, within three hours of when I called, which was outstanding since the competition couldn't respond until late the same night, or the next day. I worked with Jay. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and willing to accommodate my desperate car fixing needs within a reasonable time frame. I contacted Jay to arrange for a pre purchase vehicle inspection. We talked for 34 minutes as he advised me about the best ways to purchase a used car and the benefits and cons of some of the other cars I was considering. He shared all his knowledge of many years freely with me and I regret that the car had sold before we had the chance to meet and do the inspection in person. I apologized for taking his time and he replied it was not a problem. I trust his expertise and honesty and will definitely try to use Jay in the near future.
