John was great. When I took my car to the dealership, they wanted to charge me thousands to replace my steering wheel and airbags. When i went to John, he found the same issues as the dealership but took worked with me to understand what was wrong and why the thought replacing the airbag was unnecessary. He ended up fixing the issues i was seeing with my car and saving me over $2000! This place is great!
I bought my S-550 used and have only taken it to M1 Mercedes Only. They have been straightforward and down excellent work. Never seem to try to upsell and always give full explanation of the work that is recommended. Highly recommend.
John and Jonathan are fantastic guys! You'd never regret taking your Mercedes here. The service is great, the prices are fair, and they genuinely care about their customers and the cars. I've been coming here for 2 years now, and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
