I bought my S-550 used and have only taken it to M1 Mercedes Only. They have been straightforward and down excellent work. Never seem to try to upsell and always give full explanation of the work that is recommended. Highly recommend.
Since my car is out of manufacturer's warranty, I was keen to find a small and reliable shop that will work on my car and I think I have found it at M1. John- the owner and operator was extremely courteous, and it was a wonderful experience dealing with him and his team. He has been working on Mercedes Benzs since the early 1990s- thus giving him a wealth of experience in this field. The shop was clean and well organized. I was also very impressed on the turn around times and the prices. Very reasonable. I will be definitely going back there. Service: General repairs & maintenance
