Have yet to have my car serviced here (plan to soon). The reason for the 5 stars is from my initial experience with them. The owner and his staff are knowledgeable, professional, come across very trustworthy. I consulted with them about replacing a hybrid battery in and older car and their advice was consistent with my research and they even gave some extra feedback that helped me make the best decision I could. Their repair quote was honest and fair (almost half of what the dealer was quoting). Will use them when the need arises.

My Honda's battery kept getting drained even though I had just installed a new battery. I asked around and the Honda dealership charged $180 to do an inspection, and other auto repair shops charged anything between $100 to $200 an hour to do a diagnostics! The High Street Automotive does diagnostics for free!! That is great value! They ran diagnostics on my car for an entire day, turned out the new battery was faulty and I swapped it with a new one from the place I bought them. The High Street Automotive didn't charge me a dime!! They were helpful, honest and professional! I just found a permanent auto repair shop for all my car troubles!
