Don Is handsdown the best mechanic I've ever met. He doesn't suggest unnecessary maintenance/parts in order to get your car up and running again. He's very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him and his crew.

They are awesome and honest people it is price worthy. I checked with other repair shops they were money minded always try to steal money and they don’t do good work. Advance auto guys are professionals focus on quality and time efficient work. I had good experience with them my car was completely broken and they set it up just in one day. And I recommend to my friends to visit this place.

Don is a good mechanic. Very honest. Prices are fair. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a mechanic. I moved to Oakland and I still bring my car back to him in Fremont. I bought My Dodge Magnum off a personal seller and he led me to believe he had kept up on the oil changes and car maintenance. But it turns out that he lied. Not too long after purchasing the car, it started over heating and I cracked lifter. Turns out, the oil had gotten gummed up in the engine from lack of oil changes. (from the previous owner) And Don saved me. He flushed the engine out twice, put a new battery in the car, replaced the lifter, and got the car smogged for me. And recommended a tow truck driver that gave me a very reasonable price. And it all cost me under $1000. So if you want an honest, reliable mechanic, give them a call.????????
