My transmission needed work so we went to our local midas! I promised the boss a review and I always keep my word! First off we called the number on the door since they were closed when we came by, and the person we talked to made us an appointment but when we showed up Saturday morning we were told it's first come, first serve. My word of advice is get there before they open because even at 8am there's already people waiting. The owner is super kind and sweet. He's a nice guy who's been through so much. He is someone you can easily get along with. He'll take care of you. And be patient. My man's has to take care of everyone one by one so be nice, show some respect, and wait your turn. From what we've seen he has such a great relationship with his employees. They're all human and he knows that. I feel like if something were to go wrong with your car he would be on top of it. Thanks again for everything! Will be coming here again in the future!
