The owner, Roger, is very professional (certified) courteous, knowledgeable, a highly trained diognostician and hands-on mechanic - who listens. He has great insight into problem solving, and weighing cost/benefits. His great experience assures efficient use of time and he does the job right, the first time, saving both time and money. I don't normally leave reviews but felt I got Great service at Gotz Automotive. He found the problem with my truck that nobody else could figure out. It turns out I needed a steering box, not only did he fix it, he went over the brakes checked all my fluids and belts to make sure I didn't have any problems down the road.
