I came to Kurt for help because my 1994 Chevy did not pass smog at another shop, I went to 3 other places, and they wouldn't help me because it had failed. I was referred to Kurt on Arrow in Fontana gave me honest and sincere information that I followed and at the end my truck ended up passing smog.
