Absolutely Excellent service!!! Jeffrey demonstrated integrity, and honesty. Scheduled an appointment on Monday for Tuesday at 9 AM. I needed an oil change, have my coolant because the light kept coming on. I have a used 2014 VW Passat. Mult-Tech Auto, Jeffrey and the crew did an amazing and awesome job of service. I will definitely be going back. They even offer a senior discount which being on a limited income I was thankful for. I ended up taking my 2014 VW Passat back to Mult-Tech a few weeks later through no-fault to them. My car was overheating. Turns out I needed a new water pump. That was repaired and no issues for about a week. The car started overheating again. So I took it back. The main issue was the core heating system, which I learned from googling the top was part of the issue why I wasn't getting heat in.the weeeeee hours of the morning. I got that replaced. My car has been having issues since I bought it in Germany. I moved here and this place was the #1 recommended by google. They took care of my car in a very timely manner even though I required a lot of work (valve cover repair and other things).
